Our
chef

Raz Ghazaryan is the soul of Trattoria Armena. Born and raised in Armenia, he discovered his love for cooking as a child, within the warm walls of his family restaurant and the expert hands of his grandmother, a true guardian of Armenian culinary tradition. It was right there with her that he learned the secrets of traditional dishes, the importance of cooking with heart, and the value of that hidden ingredient that every chef uses to give a unique touch to their creations.

A restaurant that's more than just a place to eat, but a true journey through Armenian culture and tradition. Each dish is prepared with care, balance, and respect for the original recipes, and you can taste the passion of those who work in the kitchen in every bite...
